This frame is approximately 7' X 3' deep and 4' high. It's intricately carved on both the inside/outside of the frame. Mortise/tendon and dowel joinery. Perhaps fruitwood (very hard and similar to maple in texture/grain) and was gilded at some time in past. Would like to know what it is and what it should look like once it's reupholstered (single bottom cushion, tufted, etc.). Many thanks for any leads out there.
