I need help to identify the maker of this beautiful chandelier? There a little heart shape ruby in this there's only one but I don't know if this is a hallmark or not. 17x38 it looks to be very old. I got this in SE IND. Just about 35 miles from Cincinnati Ohio. thank you so much and God bless.
