I picked this up at an antique shop. The lighting is not so hot, the greens are greener in the actual picture. The print is embossed, and professionally framed. The lower left corner is marked Aug 16th '93 the lower center has 49/500 and at the lower right is a signature I can't read. All marks are in pencil. I'd like to know who the artist is. Thanks for looking!
