I am trying to found out some information about this bottle.
It is a Baitz Crème de Menthe bottle that has Produce of Melbourne Australia on the label. 4/5 FL.OZ with 2/3 in a circle on the label.
I did contact the manufacturers and they said they have many bottles in their archives but nothing like this.
