    Does anyone know any info on this basket? It's about a foot wide. The blue and red make me think it's not that old but the quality of the weave seems to be very nice. Thanks so much.

      It's African, made by the Hausa, of Nigeria. This style has been made for at least the last 30 years or so. It's one of the most popular designs, still being imported by the thousands.
