Hey, just picked this for $20. I know it's cool but I have no idea what make it is. I have seen a lot of old bikes but never one with straight bar going all the way through the frame to make a rack in the back. the only thing on this bike is the serial #. it's NO71427 & it is on the rear dropout. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
