Not lladro or daulton for sure. The eyes are very sad on both figurines. The taller one is about 11 inches. I added the bases. Thanks

I really like the tall one. I think she's lovely. These are probably Asian export items and look to be quite new.
Pretty figurines. Showing photos of the base would help ID.
