    Very ornate it looks religious. The man is holding something. The back has Italy and 3 marks I can not designer. I was wondering if it has a name thank you

      Would you please post photos of the reverse side and the marks?

      Looks like the word "Italy" may be been stamped on there twice. Doubt that this is sterling silver. Take it to a jeweler and have it looked at/tested.
