Hot Wheels Car And Pencil Sharpener. These are most likely very common. So, what's so special about this one? It's been packaged upside down. Oops. Quality Control must have been on their lunch breaks that day. Not terribly valuable from what I've read on the internet but, believe it or not, there are some people who actually enjoy collecting just this sort of thing. Manufacturing "mistakes" if you will. I've always wanted one, and when I found this one in my local toy store, I just had to buy it.
