This is a true military issued bicycle the picture of the fender with the number matches the bottom nothing has been changed on the bike even the original tires!! It has new peddles but they are very old as well. We need help trying to figure out what the value of this bicycle is please email me at aaracrmom@yahoo.com Thank you so very much
