heavy old unidentifiable silver tea pot

I have no idea what this is. The markings on the bottom do not transfer to film very clearly. They look like three figures of letters, KS and In and the fourth character looks like a hand glove with the fingers pointing downward. The piece is about 8" tall and 7.5" wide and quite heavy.

Any guesses?
