This fixture was found in a Southern Wisconsin bungalow that was build in 1929. It has hung there since the beginning. There are no signatures on the glass nor makers marks on the castings, except for the number "3000" on the piece that sits against the ceiling. The paint is perfect and not peeling at all. Any help in identifying who made it, where it came from or if it has any collector value or not would be greatly appreciated.
