    Trying to find out anything I can about my basket, purchased at an estate sale; it is quite large, 15" across , 13" tall, coil basket, looks like a pet cat got to the top of it. I think it is quite old.

      It's an African coiled palm fiber basket, made by the Hausa of Nigeria...dates mid-20th century.
