IT IS MADE OF SOLID STEEL OR SOME ,ANYWAY IT IS HEAVY. IT IS ONE AND A HALF INCHES TALL ABOUT 2 INCHES LONG AND 1 INCH WIDE. THERE IS NO MARKINGS ON IT BESIDES THE EAGLE AND RIFLES WHICH HAS SOME NICE DETAIL. I FOUND IT IN A OLD CIGAR BOX AT A YARD SALE MIXED IN WITH A BUNCH OF OLD TOOLS. ANY IDEAS THANKS
