      They look like dolls made from hobby kits. The clothes look homemade.

      They are not antique dolls and I can't see the painting on faces close up to tell if they were mass produced or made in a ceramic class by a unknown person Cleo . A antique store carries a lot of reproductions of many items and dolls are very often placed there and are from the 1990's . Always buy from a reputable dealer just because they hang a sign out they don't always have the knowledge to tell the difference . The dolls have a tiny retail value and are decor pieces not intended to be played with . If you post a close up I can tell if they were factory or made in a doll making class or a kit as Efesgirl suggestd.

      Sorry I some how forgot to come back to these :-( The heads are contemporary and both made by same person I can see if both have painted eyelashes if so it would confirm they were both done by same person and or produced and sold already painted and you dressed them
