Trying To Identify This late 1890's Russian Cigarette case (kokoshnik)

    This cigarette case was given to my great grandfather back in the early 1920's as a gift. Its Measurements are 4.5 inches tall x 3.25 inches wide from what i made out from the markings ( kokoshnik)
    Silversmith: Michael Jakovlevich Tarasov ( not sure)
    If anyone can identify the writing on the case i would really appreciate it.
