Poughkeepsie chair company is the maker of this chair

I have 9 of these chairs I purchased yesterday and have been trying to find out what they are called! I haven't even found any on line! There could be late 1800s early 1900's. I know the company burned down in a huge fire! I know that the company was purchased by a Juilus Burr! Can anyone help me I'd t these chairs?
