    Nothing special, jsut an ice pick from the 1920's-30's. I found this at a garge sale last summer for 50 cents.

      But as far as ice picks go this one doesn't turn up too often. You did good.

      Nice find! I know you posted this a couple years ago but I felt I needed to coment.
      I have two versions of this "black" lettered ice pick. They also made a version in which the opener on the end twists off to also become a cork screw. I thought I'd let you in on that if you didn't already know.
