    Trying to find out a name for this dresser please! Unfortunately this is all I have and I have searched and searched with no luck.

      It looks like lots of info in your pictures: Stanley Furniture Co oak dresser from 1978. It could use some TLC.
      I have a very similar one that I've been using since it was new.
      Pictures don't show drawer construction but I'm guessing they are dovetailed, very solidly built. Check the bottoms of the legs and you will probably find wheels.
      I hope that helps some.

      It is considered a "Mediterranean" Dresser.
