Help x 2 Southbend? Heddon?

Posting one more of about 6 older lures I have been troubled trying to find in catalogs. This lure looks similar to many, but I cannot find any prop engraving or printing on the lure to help me out. Any hint would be appreciated. Thanks for your time! Emscott123@yahoo.com
