Emblem Lite by duro-lite company. Peace Bulb
This Peace symbol light bulb was given to me by a friend several years ago. It must date back to the early 60's. Any ideas as to the age of this charmer?
I placed it into a lamp when she first gave it to me, I'm tempted to use it in a candle stick lamp. Today is the first time I have placed it in a lamp since I first received it. Original packaging price is $2.95
3 watts pretested made in the USA Fair Lawn, New Jersey.
    I love it.

No idea what to tell you about this other than I really like it. I was born in 69, but my nickname has been Hippie for years! Ive been dealing in antiques and collectibles for years and never seen one of these! Really Cool!!!

I have one of these that I bought in 1969 right after I graduated high school and moved to Seattle. It still works as far as I know. Its wrapped in bubble wrap and in my garment shelf bag thingy in my closet and has been for decades. Wow.....that really sounds ancient. In my mind I'm still 19. :o)

Pam you graduated the year after I did. Glad you still feel 19. tbone, mine has sentimental value. I have decided to use it in a small brass lamp on an entrance table and only turn it on when curious visitors ask about it. This is the value of mine. Sentimental.

This lightbulb was made by duro test in north Bergen nj in the 60’s. I also have one given to me from my brother n law who worked there, also the love light bulb. Hope this helps.
