    I am having a hard time finding anything about these heads.
    They belonged to my great grandparents. I would guess the heads are about 50-60 years old. Maybe older. They just looked neat and I didn't want to throw them away.
    It looks like they have little clam shell teeth.
    Made from a coconut.

      My dad brought some similar coconut heads home from WW II in the S. Pacific as souvenirs. Natives working for the Yankee dollar. Value is in the story and the eye of the beholder.

      Back in the 70's when we would travel you could find these at any Stucky's. My brother and I both got one, mine looked like yours.
