Old Section 32 Food Cans (Beef and Egg Solids)

So I have now ran across three cans of food from years back. The "Beef, with Natural Juices, Salt Added" and "Dried Whole Egg Solids" are in similar cans. It says on the can that they are "A Section 32 Commodity for Distribution to Needy Families." I was wondering if anyone has any idea of a year of production (?) or possibly a value?

I also have a "FOOD PACKET / SURVIVAL, / ABANDON / AIRCRAFT" can of food from "JUNE 1966." Does anyone have a value for this as well?
