    Fabulous Oil which says Artist Percival Seldon Tweddill.

    In the Derby area as Charles Hadfield Ward maybe restored it at some stage.

    I’d love to know who the lady is in the oil and age etc

      Can anyone just have a stab in the dark about the era ie from the dress I’m rubbish at working it out ;) thank you

      Maybe 1920s-1930s. Portrait painting was how many fine artists paid the bills when they couldn't get other work or sell the things they liked to paint. Unless she turns out to be someone famous, you will probably never know her identity.
