This Pooh watch is a gem! I am so proud of it- I cannot locate one other watch like it on the web! It is vintage Pooh and the band is still intact after all these years. The Mickey watch has a gold chain and works perfectly! Both are Disney originals. I would however love to know just how old my Pooh watch is. On the face it has two small cut outs that have honey bees in them that move when you move the watch. Walt Disney Productions printed on the face and Durham Industries in raised letters on the back and clasp. It is entirely made of plastic in pristine condition.

Sorry so slow with response: The Mickey pocket watch is made by Lorus , first run on these was in 1990, the Bradley mickey is earlier,It's a 30 hr movement made in the mid 70's. And now for the Pooh, these were toys made to teach the kids how to tell time. Durham and Marx toys made these. the earlier versions didn't have a date on the dial, as this one. This dates this one to the early 70's. Approx 1971-1975, again the later ones would have date on dial. Nice collectables, thanks for sharing. Hope this helped you. Regards Kerry
Thank You so very much- I have a small ( 20 or so) collection of other watches- simply due to the fact I enjoy them- but frankly know very little about them, and am having some trouble identifying them. A SWISS ORION that is oddly shaped and a few vintage ladies watches. I would like to post a few others as well, it is so intersting to me the origins of these beautiful pieces- hence the joy of collecting. Thanks Again, Jocelyn NY
Ahhh!! At last. I am so excited to find this Pooh watch. I had this exact one when I was little. I got it in '76 & if I'm not mistaken we bought it at Sears. I would love to get my hands on one again. I have a home video of me wearing it the day I got it & I was Oh So proud of it!! :) Thanks for sharing your pictures.
