I really would like to know more about this cabinet - it almost became firewood before I found the name H W Caslon on the front. It has been shoved in the corner of my garage since, I have been told sometime in the sixties, but beyond that it just sits with nuts bolts and cobwebs???????????

Looks like a printers cabinet, since Caslon was involved in letterpress I think you need to do more research.......
The trays alone are often seen for sale in antique stores with picture hanging wire on the back to hang them on a wall and put collections of miniatures in. It's neat to see a printers cabinet in its entirety. Definitely do some research on it!
I think it is cool!
One question members, there seems to be a lot of items by people who just show one item. Is that correct? I wonder if it is the same person. Just one of my curiosities. Thanks
We used to get the same thing on the eBay boards, we called hit and run. Mostly people trying to sell their items without the eBay fees, some were scammers looking for the willing victim. Same with those wanting to buy items that are posted, mostly scam artist looking for that quick buck from someone who is way to trusting.
Thanks for the education Vestaswind. It seemed a bit fishy to me.
Thanks ARJason8 for the info. Lead balloons? No thanks!
This does have a cover for the left side and the right side also contains drawers.
Thank you for your input - this will not become fire wood.
To say the least!! I would love it, but I have been threatened about putting more furniture in my house (laughs) It doesn't really stop me, but it makes him happy to think I am paying attention.
