i found this in a burned down house and i cant find anything about it on the internet. if any one knows anything about this please let me know.

It could be a little evening bag or also a so-called Minaudiere (about 1930)?

what part would you need pics of, to determine its age? or how could i find this out? its tarnished in a few small spots, is it silver or a precious metal of some sort?
