I like this one a lot - an old Utah-Nevada & Idaho Telephone Co. invoice. This company is fairly obscure but it was setup as an outpost to link the West Coast to the Heartland of the USA.

The logo features a Bell and inscribed is "Long Distance Telephone". It also has a butterstamp receiver with wings. Very is very similar to the early Bell Telephone symbol where the Bell had wings and only "Long Distance Telephone" printed on the Bell. Dated 1926.
