I like this one a lot - an old Utah-Nevada & Idaho Telephone Co. invoice. This company is fairly obscure but it was setup as an outpost to link the West Coast to the Heartland of the USA.
The logo features a Bell and inscribed is "Long Distance Telephone". It also has a butterstamp receiver with wings. Very cool...it is very similar to the early Bell Telephone symbol where the Bell had wings and only "Long Distance Telephone" printed on the Bell. Dated 1926.
