hi;i don't know much about the origination of this sign.it was covering a well in a dirt basement of an old 4 apt. house that my dad bought in the late fifty's early sixty's.looks like an old wagon wheel frame around it.made to hang on a round pipe.it's a two sided sign.same condition both sides.raised lettering.looks like hand brush painted enamel fired.it is three by four feet.four holes that you can barely see,are the original holes for hanging the sign.any info would be helpful.thanks.

Hello: This sign most likely is from the mid 1930's to early 1940's.it appears to be porcelain over steel.Would you consider selling ?.Let me know what price you would consider. Thanks. Peter NYC.
