Hey Guys,
We are not sure of this items background. I bought it at an antique store 6 or so years ago, because it matched the decor in the kitchen of a house I had just bought, but now im looking to move, so I had this item in a recent garage sale.
Well, it didnt sell, but I had a customer tell me it was old and potentially valuble and I shouldnt sell it. Even though it was offered to her for a mear $10.00, she would not take it, claiming she had no cash (which made two of us).
It is piece is quite awesome and I just would like to know more about it. We watch your show often and we were thinking you may be ablre to shed some light on it's history.
About all I can tell you is it has no real markings other that what you can see in the photos.
If you have any thoughts as to origin or manufacturer, I would appreciate your feed back .
I will be sending you one other peice to look at as well, and do hope to hear back from you with any history or any thing you can share with me on these items.
Thank you again, and keep on picken!!!!
