Watercolour Portrait Of Afro/Caribbean Lady In Evening Dress

Had this watercolour a long time and often wondered just who she was. To me, a very beautiful Afro/Caribbean lady posing in full evening dress - perhaps a singer, dancer, actress? feel I know the face but unable to put a name to it. A very competent and detailed watercolour ( about 15" x 11" inside mount and frame ) signed bottom right C?????. May not have been a commission type of portrait but perhaps copied from a magazine. Typical comment when showing to friends 'could be anyone' but I feel she is a cut above just anyone.
