I have not seen any bottle similar to this one. It has "property of coca-cola bottling co." in block on the front, "Design patent pending" on the base and "Key West Fla" on the bottom with a circled "c" and a 2. It is the only one I have seen with the grooves and the only thing I can imagine since it isn't in script, was that the coca-cola plant bottled some other beverage in this design.

C in a circle........Chattanooga Glass Company, Chattanooga, TN & other plant locations in later years (1901-1988), mark was used c.1927-1988. The circle reportedly may be either "single line" or "double line" on some earlier bottles.
As for a wild guess on the age of that bottle... looks like the 30's to me, not that I'm a pro though.
before coca cola bought sprite and fanta, bottlers used this type of bottles to distribute their different flavors. other types of bottles also used were big chief, star bottles and bottles that said soda water.
I have the same bottle. It has the "C" inside a circle but no Key West FLA. There is a 7 above the design patent peding. Have you gotten any other information on your bottle. I can't find anything like it anywhere. Thanks.
My aunt has the same bottle in Reno, nv
I have one similar but without the band in the center. It was from Silida Colorado.
