This is a Ingersoll watch from my childhood that has recently been found , can somebody please tell me about it and its approximate worth , thank you.

This is 1958 style mickey, band has been changed. Approx value would range from $15.00 on the low end to 50.00 in this condition. Hope this sheds some insight. Nice watch, great you still have it after all these years. Thanks for sharing, Regards Kerry
