I am trying to find out who this is what its worth ETC. I would really appreciate anyones help in identifying this... Its 54 in by 32 cloth and looks pretty old. Wanting to know the artist all it says on one side in corner is copyright?
You've got a cloth with David Mann's Ghost Rider.
David Mann was an artist dedicated to painting biker scenes.

As for worth, I don't think it will fetch much, beign mass produced, but I would check ebay and the like for closed sales.
