      Vanskyock24.... I wrote to Rob who runs the "what is it?" site http://55tools.blogspot.com/ Maybe he's seen it. In the meanwhile, if you've never seen his site you'll enjoy trying to figure out what the things are that are posted on his site.

      The Duke Homestead folks said they've never seen one either. I'm thinking I'm about out of luck unless I bump into the right old-timer.
