Just purchased today. Woman's head looks like it's made of plaster, man's feels like bisque. Don't know anything about them, other than they're Mexican

I have a few of these. I purchased them from a little shop near the river walk in San Antonio, Texas! They are super cute and fun to play with! Yeah it was a little mexican shop. Mine were purchased new for a few bucks each...Yours look a bit more vintage ???
I think they are made of pressed wood or composition. I have a bunch of these and love them. The thing with these are age doesn't matter much in worth. They were mass produced and distributed so much they are not worth much, about $10 unless they are unusual and then they only bring about $20. Regardless I love mine.
Yeah I definitely like em, got them for $2.50 a piece. Whatever they're made of, she's a different material than him. Feels very solid and almost like a rock. His head is hollow and has a composition feel to it (I think I put bisque earlier...DOH). Pretty neat though. Thanks guys!
