Got this numbered and signed print by Frank McCarthy, "Scouting the Long Knives," at a church garage sale. Item was donated by someone to the church sale and knowone had any knowledge of the artist, and they marked it at $18.00 and I offered $15.00 and took it home. Frank McCarthy is a highly sought after artist. People should learn to communicate?
