Unusual 1920's JOOP Norwegian cork puller. I haven't actually tried this one yet, but one would slide the saw like blade between the cork and the bottle, turn the blade sideways, and the pull the cork out.
I might try it tonight, and report back if it genuinely works--or at least works well.
