    This wonderful hand made, hammered aluminum, sterling silver, 9" piece with a 3" diameter bowl with 41 holes was hand by the reknowned Silversmith George Blanchard, but what is it???

      Hi it looks like a spoon strainer ? When you put into a bowl liquid drains out . Like green beans boiled in water you scoop them out and water drains out holes and you serve dry beans . Hope this helps .
