Hello. This is referred to as "reproduction" carnival glass and is not old.
No it is not old. It was either made by Indiana Glass or L.G.Wright not sure which.

I have one EXACTLY like this! Where did you get yours? I think mine came from my mother or my grandmother, which makes sense for it to be from Indiana Glass, because that is where we are from! Glad to see some information about it!
