This is a little cross legged elf. His hair is still there but worn thin. My mom had him when I was a kid and set him along with other Christmas type figurines she would put out over the winter holiday. This is the only one apparently that survived. He has a few light chips of paint missing nothing that a person could not touch up. He might have had a little hat at one time not sure. Do not know the maker. The bottom has smudge black ink so it is not legible. Would like to know if anyone recognizes it and how old it might be or any value. Thanks.
