    I FOUND THIS AS WELL ,BOTH SIDES ARE IDENTICAL.HOLE GOES RIGHT THRU.BRASS OR BRONZE.ANY IDEAS? THANKS,WAS TOLD IT COULD BE A BUTTON.

      Hmmm...I've been collecting Buttons for 36 years and this doesn't look like anything I've ever seen. I don't think it's a Button.
