Distributed by Delta Metal Industries, Brooklyn, New York. My wife brought this home and we have been wondering how old it is and what it is worth. The tag under the seat shows patents dating back to 1923 and 1942. It is heavy and swivels and is in pretty good shape although one of the legs is missing the bottom cap.

Hey!
I just sold a similar chair on Etsy, I believe the purple appealed to my buyer, along with the fun "boudoir" style.

I have one exactly like it, only mine is a gold color. My mother bought it new for me when I was 10 yrs. old, in 1966. I don't have any idea what she paid for it or what it would be worth now.
I just bought the same chair today in a resale shop and would like to know more as well. I just knew it had to date to the late 60's or early 70's. Thanks Cindy! Mine is gold as well.
