My grandmother really wanted me to have this lamp. Does anyone out there know anything about it? The underside of the base is covered in green felt, and I didn't know if I should pull it off to look for markings. This lamp is huge and very detailed, but I just wanted to know more about it. All I know is that it came from a shop in Cincinnati years ago. The original cord was wrapped in cloth of some kind, but you can see where it was repaired with a newer plastic-covered cording. Any information would be appreciated. It's something I will keep forever, but I wish I knew exactly what it was.
