This kit was manufacture by Classic Models Corp. of Laurel, Maryland. It consists of the engine and 4 cars. I assembeled the two shown in the photos. Three additional passenger cars are still unassembeled in the original boxes. The engine is a 12 volt powered worm drive. This is all I know about it. I have all the original boxes including the box it was shipped in to New Orleans but there are no dates. Classic Models Corp. no longer exists and I have not been able to find any other existing trains by them. HELP!!!

I have a similar engine, but it has a separate tender instead of the built in one. I have about six boxcars they made also. One of the problems is no one knows who they are so when for sale, they get listed wrong.

Thank you! Do you have any idea what this train might be worth. I want to sell it.
