Hi,
I found this item in Goodwill three years ago and can't find the maker, pattern or year of manufacture. I've tried books, appraisers and antique dealers. Maybe someone has seen it or has seen another piece to the pattern. It is 13" wide, 7 3/4" high but dips to 6 3/4" then up to 7 1/2" and so on. It has a leaf-like pattern with alternating clear then frosted glass. The diameter of the ruffled base is 4 1/2".

This is Bohemian Crystal. It's lovely. I purchased a banana bowl at goodwill and sold it to a client a few weeks later. She loves it.
