I picked this lamp up at an estate sale. I was immediately drawn to it when I first saw it because of its uniqueness, the beautiful detail, and how it simply put out a soft glow threw the detail at night. However I cannot find much on the era, what style it is, or much on it at all. It is very heavy, possibly brass base & maybe copper pole & lanterns, with 3 prisms on each side.
Is it rare? Or just one of those "something only a mother could love" type of lamps? If anyone could be of help I'd appreciate it. I would love to be able to tell people who visit something other than, "got it at an estate sale, isn't it pretty?"
Thanks!
