I would love to know about these glass/crystal items. Are they pipes? If so, why are there two (his and hers)? Are they for sipping something like alcohol? It appears to be a cranberry like glass with white floral etching and a deer in the middle. Could this be European? It also has gold feet and gold on the top. Can you help?

Yes. Deer and palm trees and some other bird is on there.
