I've made a startling discovery! The two tin types were found in an old bank book, that was laying around that belonged to my Great Grandfather, today. The center photo is believed to be of Amaziah C. Mitchell (1840-1903) & Catherine (Alvis) Mitchell (1850-1900), it's already been shared here on CW. The tintype on the left is confirmed as Catherine (Alvis) Mitchell. I believe that the tintype on the right is Amaziah C. Mitchell (I already had this photo, this is another copy of it I found)! This may be the clue that links the people to the photos... I hope!
Could the tintype of Catherine be dated? Would it match her age at the time?
