My boss gave me this while we were cleaning out one of his buildings. I thought it was pretty neat. I have not seen any like it.It says Ernest Wedekindt. Buffalo's leading undertaker. S. Walden Ave Buffalo NY phone: HU-7811 on it.

Is it old? Is the address the building he was cleaning out?
Actually, I live in Illinois. I looked it up and Ernest split off from his dad and started his own funeral home around 1882. I bet the pencil wasn't made for a few after that, but it is definitely old. the phone number on it begins in letters. HU-7811!
The Wederkindt funeral homes are still around today and are the largest in NY.
